Citizen of the Year - Veerla Nott
Veerla Nott is the creator of Creative Results for Kidz. This unique program provides recreational opportunities for children who might not otherwise have them.

Outstanding Contribution - Officer Mike Michalski
Officer Mike is a co-founder of Parent Watch. Since that first meeting in 1993, Mike Michalski has been a faithful supporter of Parent Watch and has presented at many conferences in his roll as high school liaison officer. He is an excellent teacher and strategist.

Outstanding Contribution - Officer Ken Hannah
Ken Hannah is a well respected and well known high school liaison officer in North Halton. His is particularly effective with victims of assault and violence.

Outstanding Contribution - Officer Stew Flameling
A regular attendee at Parent Watch meeting, Stew Flameling is well known to children and families in Burlington, Ontario for his strategic support, creative interventions and sense of humour.
